At least 3 out of 6 tenants I've had have been liars.

The kind of deals that make other investors wonder how you’re always one step ahead.

But I have done many cooperative assignments, a strategy under the lease option umbrella. 

Have you run the numbers to see if it comes close to cash flowing?

It appears TurboTax (downloaded version/Forms) doesn't have the capability to report an exchange of one residential rental for two residential rentals.I am entering this transaction myself through TurboTax, but I would appreciate feedback from the community on the correct forms that need to be filed.

The in-person ones are great, and definitely go to BPCon (unfortunately you'll have to wait until 2025 for the next one). 

I've been a member for awhile, but i have not posted to date. 

We have sold on paperstac, lots of brokers on there that never close.

Does anyone have experience in this process that they can shed some light on how to go about this.
