What exactly do you mean by "your current platform sucks"?

It's super easy to use, and while I utilize other platforms now that are more 'professional', I still get excited to go back and use it for really basic uses or prelim space planning. 

You can search by address on this platform -- it gives you all the owner's information, to include their address.  

My main reason for posting this on BP, is to just merely say thank you to all of you on this platform that create a very rare environment that allows us to communicate without much drama, or scares, but a professional, friendly environment that has given me friendships, partners, and a good No BS place to interact with other awesome human beings.

You can find cheap cleaners by hiring them directly off of the Airbnb platform through the co-hosting platform, thumbtack, care.com, or another source. 

The Bear Bungalow has truly been my platform for growth and knowledge with regards to real estate investing, VR's and marketing! 

I am charged with the task of finding an accurate skip tracing platform for us to use on a regular basis.

In return it gives me a platform to demonstrate that I am an expert in my field.
