There isn't much room for error here.Here is a link to the Duplex, its a little distressed but I think I could make the repairs and gain the sweat equity that can be found there.  

LiveBaltimore seems to indicate that the ground rent holder owns the land:https://livebaltimore.com/city-living-essentials/g...However this law firm in Maryland has written a conflicting article:https://pricekeir.com/what-the-heck-is-ground-rent...The people's law library which @Matthew Paul linked to says: "ground leaseholder who holds a reversionary interest in the property or 'ground' underneath a home."

I turned properties in Dallas County for 2 years back in the glory days (2010-2011) and have since relocated to Tarrant County.Just looking for tips related to flipping in the area and any information about wholesaling as this will be my first venture into that.
