Of course I knew about insurance, but I didn't send time in advance on learning about concepts or nomenclature.

Having to explain basic concepts to an agent doesn’t give me confidence that an agent understands my needs. 5- can scan my best and worst case scenarios and give thoughtful feed back. 6-will bring me possible deals to consider vs me doing all the leg work. 7-knows the metro area very well, especially inner city. 

Im thinking I can market this up to 140k if im understanding the concept of wholesaling correctly.
