At one point I was looking for houses that an E-5 or E-6 would be happy to live in.

I thought about investing in some direct mailing services or just waiting out to see what post-covid has to offer, however it looks like that is going to take a little bit of time which I am not willing to wait out. 

There are a variety of ways to do this from direct mail to cold calling.Now, if you don't want to use an agent when you sell your home, you will just have to do it yourself.

Call in front of, or behind every mailing. 

I have been preparing my next round of direct mail letters and having conversations with lenders.
