Who knows how the wholesaler and the BS general contractor cooked it up for you.As for why tenants would live there -- there are any number of reasons that range from illegal to just pitiful.

Imagine all the vacations, , the memories, the cooks outs , never missing a soccer game or wedding.

But every time some slob in the ghetto without a pot to piss in does anything other than kiss the book of everlasting love for one's fellow man and live a life of saintly virtue, he's a horrible, cheating, lying, stealing, taking, destroyer of the American way!

In my town, this means I like to cook.
