I do know of a couple of turnkey companies that will do so, but only after you've made a commitment to buy at least one house (and it takes a deposit, choice of property comes later).

Some lenders won't commit until the property appraises, and some appraisers won't give you the numbers you need to satisfy the lender until after the work (if needed) is done.
