Hello, My name is Taylor and I currently live in Atlanta. I have been self employed for a few months so I will have to wait awhile to qualify for a mortgage since lenders have will stricter requirements compared to those earning an income from a salary position.  

I think my first goal is to invest in a duplex or other multiple family homes. Of course it could possibly change over time as I learn more about real estate.

I hope to be of value to this forum in the future.
