Local banks and credit unions are the exact place those folks with lower loan amounts should shop.  

I'd love to know about the types of neighborhoods that:1) are either in or neighbor the trendy coffee, restaurants and pub areas2) are walkable to above said places (15-20min walking radius)3) if not walkable, some sort of straight shot commute/transport into those more trendy areas4) relatively safe
