I'd like to introduce myself, Im a Newb in Wyoming, I look forward to learning from as many people as possible in the Forums. I have a couple properties but am looking to get more aggressive.

Hey @Fred Langley, welcome to BP.  This place has huge amounts of education material.  Look under the education section above it is loaded with great items.  There is a somewhat active group over in Cheyenne, and of course Laramie is the landlord capital of Wyoming.  Let me know how things are in your market.  The recent bust cycle has been hard on business here, and I don't think it has bottomed out yet.
