This has nothing to do with the structure of a building; it relates to the investment’s financial structure and the rights it provides to individual participants.

But I was only asking if it makes financial sense to do for ROI

Every time money exchanges hands, typically two people are happy about it and have accomplished a goal.Your second ressource is energy; this includes your creativity and your negotiation skills and what some people call financial engineering - aka putting deals together.

For example, we have seen multiple instances of C-Corps set up that made no sense when one looks at the clients' financials, returns, businesses & goals.

The reason I went into such great detail about my background and current financial status is that I believe I have lots of potential to hopefully (God willing) become very successful one day.

We are quite close to zeroing out our liabilities, and attaining a strong financial footing from which we can begin our journey.However, I am vexed by the fierce urgency of now.
