I work with clients from outside my area, Mississippi Gulf Coast on a regular basis.  

I would invest on the emerald coast if you are looking for a small niche community that has steady and strong job aspect.

You can always do some research on the Emerald Coast for cities like Destin, Seaside and Panama City Beach.

I would recommend starting your search in Old Town, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Uptown, Streeterville, Lakeshore East, South Loop, West Loop, River North, River West, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, West Town.

Utah is a popular landing spot for many west coast types fleeing high taxes, etc.

She is having trouble finding agents and is primarily looking for a place in Panama City, the Emerald Coast, or Destin.

I live on the gulf coast and have made many claims to multiple insurance companies and I've never experienced this. 

Hi @Nerlande JosephWhen I started my investing journey I looked up and down the east coast trying to find a beach town to invest in.

We are open to where but preferably west coast because that is what we are accustomed to.
