Perhaps this is what all of those "foreclosure data providers" will give to you, but I got the itch to write some web programs and I've got some ideas.When researching a foreclosure I would think you would want the following pieces of information:Land / Parcel ID for the propertyDeed for the propertyLiens against the property (mortgage, HELOC, judgments, etc.)Tax recordsContact information for the owner of the propertyCourt cases against the owner of the property (foreclosure, utility companies suing for past due bills, etc.)Public health records (e.g. was the building condemned?)

It works, but it isn't the best.In particular it is clearly designed for use in a prop. management company that does not actually own the properties it manages.

Hi @Joshua Awodele, you're right that you could probably build more units, the key is how many more (make sure you following the design standards), and the cash flow timing. 

Putting dog faces overlapping a human one and having an app do design for you are more like apples and avocados. 

The intended design is a modification of a "Katrina Cottage," small and space-efficient.
