Perhaps this is what all of those "foreclosure data providers" will give to you, but I got the itch to write some web programs and I've got some ideas.When researching a foreclosure I would think you would want the following pieces of information:Land / Parcel ID for the propertyDeed for the propertyLiens against the property (mortgage, HELOC, judgments, etc.)Tax recordsContact information for the owner of the propertyCourt cases against the owner of the property (foreclosure, utility companies suing for past due bills, etc.)Public health records (e.g. was the building condemned?)

Most, if not all, major chain furniture stores that I've been to have offered design and delivery/placement services at no cost if you buy all the furniture from them.That would get you 90% of the way there I would think.

they have designer colors slab granite in baths and kitchen.. all new HVAC Plumbing is all replaced along with electrical and roofs windows insulation etc.. average rehab 80 to 100k.
