Many of my tenants work were their income are easily replaceable with another Memphis warehouse job (Fed Ex, Nike, UPS).We also manage higher end propeties and what I notice is that the middle class during the month of July, Black Friday, and Christmas or New Years shop or vacation before they pay their rent.
