Some alternatives that I've used and liked a lot are: Pipedrive (for things that are focused on deals aka $$) and Trello (to solve most other more "generic" problems, like project management).

All of the homes beside of this home is valued at $300,000 to $450,000.Here's the deal: Someone got mad and hit most of the walls with a hammer, broke a few windows and messed up the septic drain-field lines, by letting someone back over the yard with a huge truck or maybe tractor, who knows?

I did not realize she was taking cash to the actual PFCU account until she was unable to deposit cash at USAA (since she's not a member).I offered to discuss alternate forms of payment, including wire transfer, etc (I'm 600 miles away so I can't ask her to come by my home with cash).
