Interested in learning more about wholesaling properties without the gimmicks.

I have been in real estate since 2011 and still learning.

However you have to learn your market to see what kinds of returns are average, good and great.

When selecting roommates or tenants for coliving they must be flexible regarding tenants that you carefully vet in other terms, but gender is something that I've learned the hard way to not consider as a criteria.Let us know how it goes.

That would not be fair to club members and our goal is to offer passive investing and learning as a group! 

I had no help what's so ever but I learned from my past mistakes and Ill try again and get more info.
