I've read that these property types can be appraised just like any SFR based on comparable sales.

I have been reading and listening to podcast about real estate investing, which is great and all but I was looking to actually meet with someone and learn the ropes.

I’ve been reading bp for over a year now and always enjoyed reading success stories.

I have found that renters don't read much of any listing.
