Well, my good tastes and what I could afford(dumb luck) caused me to take cash out of that property and buy more, and later take cash out of those and buy more...Since that first one, I have educated myself on many strategies and for me, the only one that I have found to consistently provide cash flow and a growing nest egg of wealth is buying 4 little green houses, then trade them for a red hotel, along the way watching as people who are generally referred to as tenants pay the mortgage(s) off.

If I travel once a year to a house in TX I am out $500-1000 in airfare and hotel accomodations, that comes right off my bottom line and directly from the cashflow.

Actually @Melissa Nash,the mouse couldn't care less.Their hotels are quite full and doing very well.The guy spearheading the campaign is Tushar Patel,chairman of the board for Tarsidia Hotels Corp.He owns every Marriott property and half the Best Westerns in Anaheim.He is leading every small hotel owner and the angry neighborhood homeowners into fighting Airbnb to the death,and he is winning.
