I am a Real Estate Broker in the Lincoln City/ Newport area and I have a lot to bring to the table, most of which is hustle and knowledge.I moved to this area 9 months ago specifically to start investing in BRRRs and Flips in this area, but I am really struggling to find people who are doing the same thing to work with and learn from.

I'm struggling with this one.

I'm considering a package of 7 residential 2-4 unit buildings and separately 3 different quads but if I don't figure this out, I can see this being a struggle with every deal.

It's not that easy unfortunately.I have had an expensive topographic survey done, however my Architect and Surveyor struggle to provide the total square footage.

Or something like "I help people in your area that are struggling with their mortgage payments.

Where I struggle is in two considerations:1.

Is your idea of struggling having hired help living in your home?

So, to say the least, I'm a huge Dave Ramsey fan.Like you, I struggle with the idea of "good debt" that you hear a lot about on BP.

And if you're already struggling to show cash flow with interest rate in the 3's...Unless I'm missing something.

It is a hard process for the bird...a HUGE struggle to maneuver, to crack the egg, to push it away from the bird and pull itself out of the egg.
