I was working with a start up out of Seattle a few years ago that was trying to bring Private PMI to the HML space but it never got off the ground.. a lot of the lending scammers will tell borrowers who know no better they have to pay for PMI  ( which is just stealing their money )  it does not exist as we know..

Unless you are a famous celebrity who has paparazzi around you, not sure why people spend all this extra money on trying to hide their identity Starting in 2024 and 2025 LLC’s with the corporate transparency act most of this goes away anyways.
