It has 9 spaces and NO on street parking (just no room for it) Code would require at least 12-13, but the bigger concern is as we upgrade clientelle, they are much more likely to have 2 cars and this section of the road is already over crowded which doesn't help the curb appeal of the property.A possible solution is a vacant lot directly behind the subject property owned by a local business.

Terry your thought seems very rational but when I was going thru this process and went to two different DMV office's and spoke to probably 6-7 different government workers, nobody came up with this solution for me.

They say to have 6 months of personal and business expenses saved up first and thats what I was more referring to - and getting a loan was just an alternative idea that crossed my mind that seemed to be less time-consuming than personally saving up money.Holly - I could not agree more on your views on personal debt - I've been the poster boy for years advocating no debt unless its debt to buy an asset that actually makes you money as opposed to costing you money - having said that, I've slightly entertained the idea of a personal loan because the way I figured - sometimes in the beginning you gotta compromise or do something you generally would be against - nonetheless I get what you're saying though and I completely agree

There fees seem very reasonable, very quick service, and also good referals to Lawyers etc....One thing I liked about them is they encourage 'checkbook control'.
