I have been working on flipping some cars recently and working on a social media marketing team with a friend that supports political campaigns.

But many houses will not pass inspections or qualify for a loan due to condition, and many sellers do not have the cash to make the repairs. 

No verbiage says there’s anything about me accepting a violationI'm not referring to the deed... pull the sales contract and report back on what it says regarding property condition.

If it is in showable condition then I would, otherwise wait until it is.

The house had filthy tenants - it smelled bad and was dirty - but otherwise in great condition.

She keeps mentioning that they will "see how much we paid", which in all fairness, was low due to the condition of the property (think large pole barn, garage, house and pasture full of 20 years of junk plus an abandoned mobile home that may or may not have been used as a grow house).

Each of these cities have their challenges (mostly with crime) and the homes do take a pounding every year from the extreme weather conditions.
