It meets all of the building code req for a sleeping room (bedroom)....hence it was done to code....seems logical...I think...

I can sleep in, or take a power nap after lunch if I want.

Is this an accurate assessment or do people have cute/cozy houses (my preference) that can still sleep 8-10 (the an airbed) that just don't have insane sqft that you need to style and furnish?

Without boring you with a ton of details, I began a renovation on a mostly occupied building, with a fairly educated budget, an arsenal of tools that would make Bob Vila jealous, a 360lb back squat max, and a belly full of piss and vinegar.  4 months later I am crabby, exhausted, carrying some credit card debt, consuming espresso like water, and just want to lay in a hammock for 3 days and drink myself to sleep until its time to lift weights again, and think about a better way to live.

My fiance and I have been sleeping there for about a week and a half now.

That may be fine from a legal/insurance standpoint, but not with helping me sleep at night ;)I'll need to get the owner's contact name and information, which the city would have on record, and contact him to find out what the situation is.

I did about 6 deals with outsiders, didn't lose money, didn't make as much as I might have otherwise but decided between closing on the 5th and 6th one that I wouldn't do any more.I had to wait until I was a bit older to do those "big dollar" deals, BUT, when I find one I don't ask any outsiders what to do, I just do my due diligence and write the check, I sleep a lot better for it.all cash

I have a reputation to uphold, and I have to sleep at night.
