I'm still trying to figure out why SOME people think the STR market has tanked.

We have a remote property that we Air B and B in Western Washington and have a "holding tank" - not technically legal apparently, but the country/city told me it's not something they're coming looking for unless there's a complaint (and proof) of sewage or smell.

I recently got shammed by some guys clamming to be AAA septic tank disposal, to have find out from the next septic people i called. im having expensive septic issues and in terrible need of a new hvac and electric is costing us close to 600 a month:(  I am looking for any advice.

Failing foundations, clouded title, tight tank for septic - something.  

not to mention you can save some money by tieing the septic all together of you are going to have to do a septic tank or treatment plant

IMO, this offers more financial security than a LLC that is easy to pierce by the lawyer sharks.
