The best definition I've ever heard of a credit score is "a numeric representation of someone's likelihood of going 90 days or more late on a payment in the next two years".That said, no one has actually has a score - until their credit is pulled, and then the resulting score calculation is based on the information available at that time.

First you must be prepared to inforce it and second you must not show any compassion or weakness in regards to perusing your enforcement.Most landlords do not have the back bone to inforce this part of the lease and generally have a defeatist attitude toward collection results.

In all likelihood, they were either delayed in getting the money, got a different amount of money than they expected or some other, foreseeable issue they didn't consider, interrupted their ability to pay you to the full amount they promised.
