I'm still glad I got my license for the access I have to any MLS listed properties (smaller multi-family and single family) - just glad to not have to use a middle man to view the properties, access info, and of course benefit from the commission.

Whom ever is doing the personal interviews for you can have a lease with your signature already on it and, once the applicant passes all screening, can have the applicant sign it at the follow up meeting.
