I looked at a property today that I want to make an offer on.  All seemed well exept two units had cracks in the tile floors that are on top of a slab foundation. The cracks went though the tiles not just the grout. Wish i took pictures..... Do you think fha have an issue with it and is this typical of this type of foundation or should i keep looking. This will be my first investment and dont want to get in over my head.

Sure did and loving ever min of it. Anything in particular you want to know.

I actually have a question. How did you source the deal? MLS with RE Agent? Direct Mail? Driving for dollars? Realtor.com?
