I am on Bigger Pockets because i want to create a reliable recurring income for the future.I live in a co-op with a mortgage and I also have 2 investment properties without liens.

Anyone have any recommendations on finding a reputable, trustworthy, reliable, and fair contractor?  

Here is my advice and this advice assumes Four things 1) You have a good reliable job 2) Reasonable credit score, 3) You have a relative that can give you a few grands like say 4k and 4) You have not bought a house before or last time you bought a house was over 5 years ago or You recently relocated to Boise area from somewhere far like Twin Falls or another state 1)What kind of house should you look for?

I spent a few months looking for a reliable wholesaler in Worcester and did not find one.
