Anyone know a trustworthy contractor in Phoenix

I have have had horrible luck with with contractors and I ones I did like are too busy for my small flips.  Anyone have any recommendations on finding a reputable, trustworthy, reliable, and fair contractor?  Does this person exist?

Thank you so much.  I am also looking to become an equity partner with a seasoned investor so I can see how the pros do it.  I have raised the cash, I am now building a team.
