My family and I are wondering what exactly the etiquette is when working with an agent and trying to find an off market deal.

I'm curious to know how many of you have explored running Facebook ads to promote your STR and generate more bookings.

It might be worthwhile to keep son and daughter off title and just have them mange them and run the business. 

I am not sure if that was an error or they are trying to rip you off.

To add, if I went the real estate agent route, I would keep my current part time job at my local recreation center, making just enough to pay off my loan and monthly expenses. 

Overall, mobile home investing has been profitable and has paid off.
