I predicted back in my college days of being somewhere about 2015 and no later than 2024 (I think that's when SS was to go bust, but I'm sure it will happen well before that).

People have been predicting it would crash for years now haha.The Tax Cut and Jobs act will significantly lower corporate taxes, which could greatly contribute to another bull year for 2018.It's great to stay diversified and take advantage of both RE and stock market investing.

I have yet to come across a single post of someone predicting that !

The way I have added value Is by being a trusted source of information, a reliable source of deals, ability to accurately predict after repair value, consistently find houses in locations they will Sell.

I have no way to predict what the mortgage business will be like in ten years.

Core logic is actually predicting a 6% gain for 2022.

The returns will be lower in the spectrum but risk and predictability is pretty good. 

A lot of this had to do with the pure volume of data - especially, when you are trying to predict or identify rare events.
