I’ve got 10 single family properties in my portfolio, and I’m dabbling with the idea of a small apartment, but if I pursue that, it would be a significant portion of my net worth that could potentially go south, and I don’t want most of my eggs in one basket.

Regardless, it is a learning opportunity and not a terrible start to my REI portfolio!

As an active duty service member you will run into the time old issue of deciding where you want your portfolio to exist.

I have started looking to other states and even to partnerships as well to help grow my portfolio and cash flows.

Recently I have been thinking about the exist strategy for some of the properties in my portfolio. 

In my case,  I am planning to exit some of the property holdings in my current portfolio. 

They will usually keep it in portfolio rather than go by Fannie rules.

Duplex is in Walla Walla, SFH in Moses.Would like to grow my portfolio in Moses, keeping assets close and all...

I tried David myself but he was unable to help me- hopefully he has better options in his portfolio now.
