That could play in your favor, but only if you do more than just aerial photography and/or video.

How do you see the non-payment of rents playing out? 

I had to play around with the interface a little to learn it, but everything was very straightforward.

I just think that if we are going to play a game where tenants no longer have to pay rent for a prolonged period of time and can't be evicted, that landlords should also be able to defer payments up the chain, even those of us who are well-capitalized. 

I wounder how that's going to play out over the long term.
