Would like to try and expand our services but not sure what else is needed, because I know one of the main questions I hear other people asking is "are they licensed and insured/bonded"  - The state we are in is South Carolina. 

It always helps to understand supply and demand.A few years ago people in this forum were saying Austin was on a rocket ship to the moon because of all the tech jobs moving in. 

Do you require any special insurance for the people who have dogs?

Go to your local real estate meetups as a new investor and people will ask you what you do.

A lot of people here would probably scream, "Sell, sell, sell."

Hi @Jose VillalbaOne thing to remember when you are getting into RE investing is to have your team of people or as Brandon Turner from the Bigger Pockets Podcast calls it your CORE 41.

He's taking advantage of people and BP should be very careful about associating with him and people like him, particularly for a podcast that so often denounces all the "course sellers and guru wannabes."

Building a team of like-minded, investor friendly people is an invaluable asset to have.

Btw I don’t claim to be an expert here I’ve just heard enough wealthy people talk about this.  

I worked with them for about a year.Unfortunately I am not familiar with Brokerspot, connektor and the other platforms mentioned but I'd imagine most platforms are fairly similar to one another.
