The first line of the Legislative Counsel's Digest includes the following: Existing law specifies that a hiring of residential real property, for a term not specified by the parties, is deemed to be renewed at the end of the term implied by law unless one of the parties gives written notice to the other of that party’s intention to terminate.

@ahmed sublaban Hi Ahmed, since you should have access to the local MLS, you should be able to click on the APN number if the party is active to retrieve the owners mailing address from the tax records.

While none of them stand out to me as things that would work in my situation I can give it some more thought and most likely come up with a valid reason other than just wanting to move to the new place for better financing options.
