@William Baumann not sure why your equity percentage is so narrow.

I am looking to purchase a 1,500 square ft 3 bed, 2 bath house as an investment in Tampa Bay and have narrowed down my search to two identical houses/lots in different communities built by the same developer, DR Horton.

It may help narrow down who the better ones are, as property managers will have dealt with enough evictions to know which eviction attorneys are reliable and can get the job done. 

While Fair Housing laws have a very narrow exception on the federal level....most state level fair housing laws do not have the same exemption.

I could use help narrowing my focus to what is more likely to be successful.

This took out about 90% of the MLS duplex's on the market when we narrowed it down to the neighborhoods I listed above.

Get on someone’s email list, narrow your search, then put those realtors to work!!

I know I'm taking a narrow view on the upfront cost but please enlighten me!
