As that im new to the game and this is my first post on BiggerPockets i whould like to aske some questions about Rental properties.What are you looking for in a rental?

After several years on the bench I’m ready to get in the game and pursue my first rental property.

This is a get rich slow game.

Hi everyone, I am new to the real estate game and have some questions on whether or not I should be worried about how this transaction went down.I was brought on as a lien holder after the property was purchased, and I brought $50k to the table to do renovations. 

Good luck finding those people though.Commercial/retail is a completely different ball game.

I go to networking events multiple times per month and 8 times out of 10 I never hear from the people I hand my card to... 1 out of those 2 times I do hear back, is in the form of an email campaign I get added onto!

I looked multiple times and couldn’t find anything, but I just spent 10 more min looking everywhere I could via social media and found one!

The area is decent (according to multiple real estate agents, other BP members and the Trulia crime map), and I cross-referenced rental comps on Craigslist, Zillow and Rentometer. 

Going to diverse and multiple meetups is a great way of networking and building relationships.
