Fresh meat for the grinder. NJ/NY Newbie to BP and investing

Hello BP family glad to be here. I’m a green newbie to investment RE, but have owned my own home for approximately 9 years. 

After several years on the bench I’m ready to get in the game and pursue my first rental property. As all newbies I’m a bit overwhelmed and petrified. 

Currently analyzing 4 deals in the Orange County Ny Port Jervis area. Not the greatest area but looks like they are trying to sink money back into the community. 

Looking forward to the wealth of knowledge that’s on here.
