There is another option from a mobile bill pay like Square, where you can manually type in a card number from any card that has a 'chip' or magnetic strip on it- like a prepaid Visa card.

A lot of employers and apartments won't give info to you over the phone so have a form you can email them with basic questions like did they pay their rent on time?

Back in the early days, we did use some Adobe sign and even an app called "Jotnot Pro" for mobile signatures.
