Growth in rates through 2022 is projected, but the full impact will not be realized until the economy settles into the new rates and fully adjusts to the changing marketplace.

What are your thoughts on new investors starting out within peer-to-peer lending market places (i.e LendingClub) or Real Estate Crowdfunding (i.e Fundrise) if one doesn’t have $15,000+ to start buying properties?

Otherwise you do have to rely only hard work and good detective skills to find the best deals when you're ready.
