For larger jobs we generally send out a As-Built company to take the measurements and produce the drawings.

I own a small apartment building and looking to find someone who can take on occasional jobs, such as units turnovers and some relatively standard type maintenance work.

I just increase my rents by $50 and say water is included, job done.

I went to a meetup recently where the presenter, lets call him guru, was talking about how he has a team in place in Detroit and flys out there frequently to make sure everyone is doing their job.  

I really enjoy my day job as an engineering but I hope that real estate investing can be my vehicle to financial freedom. 

Not my concern, nor do I care who they send as long as the job is done. 

My issue is I quit my job last year and started a landscape business.
