I am also in the process of having lead generating websites made (sellers and buyers).

I am going to generate my offer price based on ARV and work backwards from there (repair costs, etc). 

I work for our family’s fourth generation home building company on the sales side building custom homes on customers’ land all over Texas.

Then, turn around, and just follow the bread crumbs by inserting specific strategies for each step you "plan out" back to the Financial Goals you established from the start.Break down the individual goals into groups of achievable Milestones. 

But what has soured the industry for all has been the unscrupulous practice of wholesaling where an individual agrees to buy a property they have no ability and no intention to purchase just so they can have it locked up and assign the contract. 

Currently I have 2 different projects in Lake Highlands. 1. 3.2 acres that are designated for 18 individually plotted SF new builds w/utilities in place,  and alley way paved.

I'm very motivated to start investing in Single Family Rentals once I move and am looking for like-minded individuals to potentially partner up with. 

I’m looking forward to this exciting new adventure and meeting new like minded individuals.  

A bunch of them are trusts and I wasn’t sure if I should target more individuals and LLC’s that would be more into the buying for flip or portfolio reasons.
