I didn't see a Biggerpockets book on commercial properties (maybe there is one that I didn't find) and I don't know which book to buy or which author to trust on Amazon.

Tasha,Congrats on the success so far and even though there is a $100 cost in AZ its not that far of a drive to Las Vegas or to NV in general.

I could do it myself but need some direction on exactly what it looks like.  

I have been leaning  more toward the commercial and multi family real estate as I do plan on deveolping an LLC.

Hello all,Anyone have any recommendations for banks that are still opening HELOCs on investment properties.

Doing so could be considered a form of illegal eviction or "self-help eviction," which is prohibited by law.

Current plan is to take out an equity loan on the property (tax rolls have it at ~$300k) and use some additional cash to build 4 units, then refi, then build additional units until we have ~20 doors on the property. 

We have questions and we appreciate any insight:- Does anyone have any advice on how to structure and manage this deal and secure financing?
