My wife and I own a SFH and a duplex, both house hacks.

It was inmy LLC name but I personally guaranteed it foolishly using my house as collateral.

It was an investor who'd bought a sfh with some land, rented the house, and then partitioned the land as a small RV storage.

I can provide a complete demo service of existing house floors, bathrooms, kitchens etc. and re-install tile on floors, kitchen backsplash, tile over tub, walk in showers and curbless showers.

I once bought a house where the HVAC wouldn't kick on and the seller said he had a guy look at it and said the outside compressor needed replacement.

I love this house and don’t want to lose it, I would like to add houses in the long term and build a portfolio. 

I am owner of my primary house, have excellent credentials, but I am unsatisfied with my passive income and potential to become owner in 20 years of a self financing house elsewhere.
