Tenant who has been in property for 6 months came to us and wants to break his year long lease to move into another house in the same neighborhood.

The particular place I have in mind has a 1 acre lot and the house probably needs  $60k to work on it (this was guesstimated by my coworker who wanted to buy it).

if you buy, develop properties and then sell them.You are considered a 'developer' and the land / houses are inventory. therefore, the income would be ordinary and not capital gains.

I never anticipated that the bank where I held an account would be acquired by another institution, leading to the disappearance of my account.I want to buy a house in of those 50 states, but I think I need a credit history.
