Generally the good is the north west side of the lake from the Riveras through kelseyville , lakeport and up to Upper lake.east side of the lake from Nice down through clearlake oaks and then the city of clearlake.. can be very hit and miss..Hidden Valley lake out of middle town and middles town it self can be just fine.. 

HIdden valley lake was one of 27 developments that Boise Cascade built in CA in the 60s..
