I would guess you can get a lot of MLS data to show property specific data and you can cross reference with crime data and school data.

A good way to figure out what to do is to write down what you are and are not comfortable with doing, and you'll be able to cross a lot of investing vehicles off your list.

When I cross compare trusted provider prices over thumbtack, I get lot lower quotes. 

He presents himself as a hard money lender here on BP.I am trying to find any references on BP that have actually done business with him.I"m about to cross him off my list as a potential lender, but I thought I'd ask here before I give up.
