Hiim refinance a 6 units in WInston-Salem, the bank asked for a surveyany recomendtions?

I'm thinking of just waiting 2-3 years until that investment finally matures but at the same time have been considering getting at least one rental unit going as I still have the remainder of my HELOC I can use for a down payment.

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

If they have a few rental units they will more than likely have an account on these platforms where you can see their ratings and also any comments that previous guests have left for them. 4. 

I'm extremely familiar with this area.Property: 3 unit, all 2 bed/1bath (1 of the 3 units is not allowed as rental due to zoning.

I’m trying to figure out a strategy for getting financing down the line for 5+ units that are in poor condition.  

My intention would be to live in one unit and rent the other out for residential purposes. 

I would plan to live in the house, rent out what appears to be an ADU unit in the backyard.He says he "needs" cash within 2 weeks.   

I’m interest in finding a multi unit property to buy and live in one of the units.
