Most of them aren't very active and, from my experience, there's a lot of daisy chain deals going on. 

Several of the national chain turnkey providers are charging significantly (25-30%) over retail prices just because they placed the tenant and did a make-ready.

Places probably too big for a DIY rehabbers to handle in a reasonable amount of time.Does Detroit City, have any type of programs that  look to help put these potential gold mines back to work (to offset the huge risks)?
