Here and there you may get a 9 or 10 hour day out of them if the job requires it or they want to be done and move on to the next, but it's the most frustrating part to me.

Lot's of colleagues like Drake, but I've been using Lacerte for 20 years and the two years that I was helping a friend out in his office and using Drake were highly inefficient and frustrating for me.
